REFORMER CLASS

The Reformer provides a challenging yet low-impact workout that focuses on alignment, building lean muscle, resistance training and stretching. On the Reformer you’ll get a full body workout that will leave you feeling great and standing tall. Open to all levels.

TOWER CLASS

The Tower is all about working with spring tension! Different sets of springs are designed specifically to work your arms, legs and everything in-between. On the Tower you’ll lengthen, strengthen, tone and stabilize. Open to all levels.

PILATES MAT CLASS

A Pilates mat class using your own body weight and gravity for resistance. A variety of mat classes from beginner to advanced levels are currently available as on demand online classes through Treehouse’s Patreon. All classes taught by Julianna.
